Fix #146: section headers with leading whitespace are parsed as expected

See #146. This fix adjusts the parser so that if the first non-whitespace character on a line is `[` then the leading whitespace is ignored. Tests have been added to validate this behavior with and without the enabled_preserve_key_leading_whitespace option
