Unable to clear include/exclude devices after initial integration configuration.

### Describe the bug Unable to clear either the include or exclude devices configurations after initial integration configuration. ### To Reproduce Add an entry (correct or otherwise) to either the include devices or exclude devices field in the integtation configuration. Submit it. Try to reconfigure the integration and clear the field you previously added an entry to. Tab off the field to ensure it sticks. Submit the configuraiton form. Try to reconfigure the integration - the entry is back in the field. ### Expected behavior When clearing the field, the action persists, so that e.g. if you get the device name wrong when you just want to include a few devices, you can unfilter the inclusions, check the device names when they repopulate and then correct the include only field.
