Scan only selected files/filetypes

Perhaps I'm missing it, but is there a way to limit which files, filetypes, or directories magit-todos will search? I have a number of output formats (e.g., HTML) that contain TODOS from their developers, which aren't relevant to me. Thanks. Very nice package!
