GTDBtk completeness/contamination Param docs out of date

### Description of the bug They currently only refer to filtering comp/contam metrics from BUSCO but now apply the filter to the results from any/all of the QC tools. We should update the parameter docs (in `nextflow_schema.json`) to reflect this.
