libgcc_s_dw2-1.dll missing from libredwg-0.13.4-win32.zip (DLL files not included in the latest LibreDWG version)

Hello, Personally, when I substituted LibreDWG's files (DLLs, etc.) with the latest version of the library I get runtime error. The library's presumably most important .dll file (libredwg-0.dll) cannot be open. From what I have tested , there are dependencies on external Windows API .dll files. These dependencies were absent from the previous stable release version of LibreDWG. I want confirmation, if everything runs without a problem from your tests.
