in_dxf: fix DIMSTYLE.DIMCLRD_N

get rid f the RS method <r13. rather add a CMC branch <r13 to use RS. Problem with in_dxf of DIMSTYLE 176-178. in_dxf sees only 176 mapping to DIMCLRD_N, which is only valid for <r13
