add french to ecode supported languages

Hi, I have been using ecode as a replacement for visual code for a few weeks now and I really appreciate it. I would be happy to use the IDE in my native language (french). I translated the existing en.xml file using AI and then checked all the messages to ensure consistency. Feel free to include this file to the project. Keep up the good work! Pierre Dittgen
