Is it normal for the OpenShell start icon to not completely replace the Windows 11 one?
Bug
### Describe the bug
Title explains most. I was changing the start menu icon to a Windows Vista icon (i used the custom option and then put in the file from the ClassicShell website), and it decides to show both icons.

### To reproduce
1. Use the Start Menu settings.
2. Check "Replace Start button"
3. Click on custom, and browse a file (preferably from the classicshell website, i used the Windows Vista one)
4. Click OK.
5. Then for some reason, both icons appear.
### Expected behavior
Replaces the Windows 11 start icon with the Windows Vista one.
