Is it normal for the OpenShell start icon to not completely replace the Windows 11 one?

### Describe the bug Title explains most. I was changing the start menu icon to a Windows Vista icon (i used the custom option and then put in the file from the ClassicShell website), and it decides to show both icons. <img width="135" height="137" alt="Image" src="https://github.com/user-attachments/assets/57fb6f91-0814-419c-8ac4-5da72f92b7e5" /> ### Area of issue Start menu ### To reproduce 1. Use the Start Menu settings. 2. Check "Replace Start button" 3. Click on custom, and browse a file (preferably from the classicshell website, i used the Windows Vista one) 4. Click OK. 5. Then for some reason, both icons appear. ### Expected behavior Replaces the Windows 11 start icon with the Windows Vista one. ### Open-Shell version 4.4.196 ### Windows version Windows 11 25H2 ### Additional context _No response_
