Open shell toolbar gone

### Describe the bug After the recent windows security upadte, the beloved custon Open Shell explorer toolbar has gone. I tried all tricks i knew in the past for bringing it back, but without success. Any help ? ### Area of issue Windows Explorer ### To reproduce open any folder ### Expected behavior _No response_ ### Open-Shell version 4.4.196 ### Windows version Windows 11 25H2 (26200.8117) ### Additional context _No response_
