Moza Universal Hub not detecting wheel

I use the moza universal hub to connect my KS Pro to my pc. I can't seem to get the wheel to be recognised within SimHub. Just comes up as a generic MOZA W18 and is stuck searching for device. LEDS don't work. Hope you can help. Thanks
