[Bug]: RSS Guard is not following updates since March

### Prerequisites - [x] I have written a descriptive issue title. - [x] I have searched all issues/PRs to ensure it has not already been reported or fixed. - [x] I have verified that I am using the latest version of Scoop and corresponding bucket. ### Package Name rssguard ### Expected/Current Behaviour Current version of RSS Guard manifest is 5.0.2: https://github.com/ScoopInstaller/Extras/blob/master/bucket/rssguard.json But the latest version of RSS Guard is 5.2.1: https://github.com/martinrotter/rssguard/releases#release-5.2.1. (possibly higher depending on when this issue is reviewed). I've taken the best look I can at the RSS Guard manifest but I can't seem to find anything wrong with it.
