[bug] answer #2 is the correct answer in all the quizes

## What's wrong all the quiz Q&As correct answer is #2, making it easy to detect and rendering the evaluating mechanism useless. _disclaimer: have not verified for all the cases programmatically, I'm in phase 11 and its been like this so far._
