Launch and auto detect NREPL port

When I tried `clj -M:dev:nrepl:rebel` on a kit framework default project, it worked fine. But when I run `clj -M:dev:nrepl:nrebel` it did not work. It asked for a port number. Can nrebel check for the nrepl port file?
