libheif's oss-fuzz build has not succeeded since April 22, 2026

Libheif's oss-fuzz build is continually failing again. The build is failing to build dav1d due to this error: > meson.build ERROR: Meson version is 0.53.2 but project requires >= 0.54.0 Probably this means that a newer Meson needs to be installed from source during the build, or side-loaded by explicitly installing a newer Ubuntu package from an alternate Ubuntu package repository. @fancycode, are you aware of this issue?
