Arch migration PRs not created in feedstock

In #8073 I requested that my feedstock [laura-feedstock](https://github.com/conda-forge/laura-feedstock) be added to the osx-arm64, linux-aarch64 and linux-ppc64le migrations. The PR was merged but nothing seems to have happened, no PRs have been created in my feedstock and it is not listed on the migration status pages for these migrations. Could you please advise what I should do?
