Lose syntax highlight in some major modes and cannot use consult-buffer in v0.5

Today I upgraded the package to the newly released version `0.5`. I found the python and julia scripts lose syntax highlight. Moreover, when I call `consult-buffer`, the minibuffer does not appear, but the default `switch-to-buffer` works. These works on version `0.4`.
