(tramp-list-connections) doesn't show the connection

Hi, I have a spotty connection and from time to time I end up needing to close the connection and reconnect. `M-x tramp-cleanup-connection` shows up empty when using tramp-rpc `(tramp-file-name-p key)` returns nil on the connection with the "connected" property Let me know if you need more information
