Is this project related to usls in any way?

### Search before asking - [x] I have searched the Ultralytics [issues](https://github.com/ultralytics/PROJECT_NAME/issues) and [discussions](https://github.com/orgs/ultralytics/discussions) and found no similar questions. ### Question Hello, I noticed that the code and design logic in this project are very similar to those of the [usls](https://github.com/jamjamjon/usls) project, even including some comments. However, I didn’t see any mention of usls in this project. Is this project related to usls in any way? ### Additional _No response_
