Bump mysql2 dependency due to security vulnerability

Currently the plugin is using mysql2 version 3.9.7, which is vulnerable to Prototype Pollution according to [CVE-2024-21512](https://github.com/advisories/GHSA-pmh2-wpjm-fj45) It worth bump mysql2 package to >= 3.9.8 version
