Privileged apps setting is obscure
bug
### Checks
- [x] I have read the Wiki, searched the open issues, and still think this is a new bug.
### Explain the problem clearly and succinctly:
The passkey settings have a section Privileged apps. This shows a list of Android app IDs and their signature. The items can be highlighted by tapping on them.
### Describe what you expected to happen:
I expected to be told what effect highlighting one item has. It seems highlighting enables the item and allows passkeys to work in that app.
Once I unhighlight the app and try to use a Passkey, a dialog by KeePassDX appears to confirm adding the app signature again.
I would also like to have an option to delete an item - without losing all settings.
### KeePassDX version:
4.5.0_beta03
### Build:
Libre
### Database version:
_No response_
### File provider (`content://` URI)
_No response_
### Android version:
16
### Android device:
_No response_
### Additional context:
I also got "Wrong signature for [...]" which I could "fix" by tapping on the entry for the specific app (i.e. Ironfox). I guess I had to disable it first so that I could add it again.
