Magikeyboard should not be auto-selected if KP is not in selection mode

### Checks - [x] I have read the Wiki, searched the open issues, and still think this is a new bug. ### Explain the problem clearly and succinctly: Using `Auto Magikeyboard switch` option with `Keyboard Switcher`. I expect Magikeyboard to be selected in `Selection mode` (i.e. when accessing KP from 🔑 button on Magikeyboard).
