[Bug]: Webview2 Build Error Windows 11

### What happened? ## Bug Description When Kopuz is installed inside Program Files and adding yt music causes the application to freeze entirely. In logs its spam error thats cause freeze probably. This image error happens when Kopuz Runs as administrator ### Steps to reproduce 1. Place or install Kopuz inside `C:\Program Files\Kopuz`. (Kopuz msi installer installs in program files but x64-setup installs in appdata local programs so if user installs from msi probably it will get error) 2. Launch the application (with or without Administrator privileges). 3. Attempt to add/connect to **YouTube Music**. 4.
