[BUG] Risky App

### Checks - [x] I have read the FAQ section, searched the open issues, and still think this is a new bug. ### Describe the bug you encountered: Used this app for years with no issues, now my Oppo A5 with ColorOS 16 phone manager won't let me use the app as it says it is RISKY with unusual AD activity and deleted the app, also cannot use banking app due to this issue. Is it a Google issue or an issue at your end. Hope you can fix the issue. I have had to switch to Bitwarden for the interim. ### Describe what you expected to happen: _No response_ ### What version of Keepass2Android are you using? 1.14 ### Which version of Android are you on? 16.02.401
