[Bug]: VS Code Commands labeled "WinApp: WinApp: ..."

### Describe the bug VS Code Commands seem to write "WinApp: WinApp: ..." The WinApp: is repeated twice. Looks like we have one too many wrappers on the commands. ### To Reproduce 1.
