[Feature Request] Support for nonlinear JXL DNGs

tev 2.9.0 added support for linear JXL DNGs, which is greatly appreciated. Support for the at this time much rarer non-linear CFA (Bayer in this case) JXL DNG is sadly still missing. I created the attached DNG with [tinydng](https://tinydng.com/).
