      <p class="govuk-body">Set up new organisations if they do not exist, or update organisations in bulk.</p>

        If you need to check what organisations already exist, or only need to create a small number of organisations,

        This form is designed to work with an export of Delta's organisations.
        <a class="govuk-link govuk-link--no-visited-state" href="{{ delta_service_desk_url }}">Request an export via Delta's service desk</a>. With that export open in Excel or similar, hide everything other than these columns:
      </p>

        <li>organisation-id</li>
        <li>organisation-name</li>
        <li>type</li>
        <li>active-date</li>
        <li>retirement-date</li>
      </ul>
      <p class="govuk-body">Using filters, select only these organisation types:</p>
