If I was famous, I would go online and claim to be myself. Then I'd sit back and watch the fireworks.

The best part of it would be that my biggest fans would be the ones that believed me the least, when they actually finally had the opportunity they'd been dreaming of to talk to me.

I thought about putting "if I were", which is analagous to the spanish form "si fuera" (subjunctive), but I decided that common usage (as opposed to formal, written (article) usage) tended towards "if I was", thus I chose that form. Really, the last thing I need is a grammar lesson.
