0. Relative to the file formats of legislative support requests
1. The Office of Legislative Services shall accept legislative support requests
   in the diff file format, as specified by POSIX IEEE Std. 1003.1-2008 (see ref.)
   Diffs submitted in this method shall be made as diffs against the original RSAs
   that they intend to modify.
2. The State Department of Information Technology shall be authorized to spend a
   sum of money necessary for the installation and maintenance of software required
   to allow this act to be implemented (provided that the software in question
   conforms to the definition of "Open Source Software" set forth in RSA 21-R:10
   I-a.), and to provide the necessary training to the drafting attorneys at OLS
   on the proper usage of said software.
