0. Relative to an interstate compact for timekeeping
1. The State of New Hampshire is hereby authorized to enter into a binding
   interstate compact with the New England states, as well as any political
   subdivisions of any US states east of the Hudson River, for the purposes
   of the coordination of timekeeping, including, but not limited to, changing
   the timezone to another timezone, such as Atlantic Standard Time, the
   elimination of Daylight Savings Time, and standardization of the use of
   the 24 hour format for writing and displaying times.
2. The State of New Hampshire shall not make any changes in these regards
   unilaterally, without the consent of the other members of the compact.
